Adsl 7 Mb Uses Only 2 % Of The Band

Hi all, i'm from Italy, so sorry for my english.

I have ADSL infostrada 24h/24h with 7 Mb.

I tested lot of time my download and upload speed and the results are:

Please help me, i tried to clean temp file and fix issues with CClean but it didn't change anything!

I use a netbook with Wiifi but i tryed also with an other pc connected directly at the modem/router but it scored like the first.

During tests program like uTorrent were disactivated..

Welcome tot he forums corna. looks like you could use some tweaking. You also have to remember that Testmy.net is located in the USA , so your results may be a bit slower.
