My speeds are getting better but only in the early AM. Around 5 pm they slow waay doowwnn.

I wish I could get this all the time. It is slow slow between 5pm to 10pm CST that I don't really get online during that time. Direcway customer support  says it's "normal internet traffic" slowing it down. I really need to move out of the boonies.
