Daaaamn, so do you have any idea why the upload is so unaffected while the download suffers?

28 Mbps, overseas... wow. But it makes me wonder why some people can seem to only do this on upload (over great distance). Why is that? Are you being limited somewhere along the way... why wouldn't that limit your upload as well?

Download is in the 2-3 Mbps range and tracert looks ugly for some reason.

Im on 100/100 Mbps fiber, will change ISP in a month with same 100/100 plan, will be intresting :)

I am also timing out on the third to the last hop of a testmy.net trace route! I know some servers deny a trace route for security reasons and yes its possible that this hop of the trace is being blocked, but I cannot reach 60% of my advertised 10mpbs connection on Google chrome and very rarly reach 80% of advertised on firefox.

\ I'm pretty sure that port is set to do that , as you say .

And don't fret , I cannot reach even 40% of my advertised current speed.
