Time Warner's online chat support guy said empty browser cache often, delete cookies often and reset the modem more often. I hadn't reset it it in probably 3-4 weeks. The problem was fixed without deleting any cookies. Not sure what they'd have to do with connection speed??? Anyone got any experience/advice on how often to reset a Motorola SURFBoard (SB5101 I think) modem to keep things running smoothly?
