Van, you're settings didn't do a damn thing for me, what the hell? I used to download around 350, now I'm at 320. How the hell?? What settings... actaully. Let me put it this way. What should I use in order to improve my NOT... ACCEPTABLE results??? I was advertised 3 Megabits, but I don't even get that. I get 2.8, and its annoying.
