I tried regular settings, Few tools here and there. Ran Across this Registry Patch that really helped me out lots. Any one else have that happen to em?? Ok, took ,me awhile to find it. Here is the link. Right Click, Save to desktop, change the .txt to .cmd. Works great for me, But be careful, could make your connection worse.
