Got a message from Softlayer about the Seattle server.

=======================================================================

SEA01 - Scheduled Maintenance - Maintenance ID 6630812 - FAS10.SR02 and FAS02.SR03 [04/25/2013]

Date: Thursday, April 25, 2013 (04/25/2013)

Start Time: 07:01 AM UTC

End Time: 11:01 AM UTC

Services affected: Public Network Connectivity

Location: SEA01

Duration: 4 hours

===================================================

Network Engineers have identified an issue with the frontend aggregate switches (FAS), FAS10.SR02.SEA01 and FAS02.SR03.SEA01, which provide public connectivity for your server(s).

To prevent an unplanned outage resulting in significant downtime, Engineers will be upgrading the firmware on these devices during a scheduled maintenance window. During this maintenance, customer servers will not be reachable on the public network. Private connectivity will NOT be affected by this maintenance (iSCSI, DNS, NAS, etc). While the maintenance window is set for 4 hours, we expect less than 15 minutes of downtime.

Again, NO downtime is expected on the private network.

The times above are shown in UTC/GMT. Please visit http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20130304T1925&p1=0 to convert start time of this event to your local time.

If you have any problems after this time frame with regard to connectivity, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please open a new ticket in the customer portal referencing this ticket. This ticket is not being tracked by personnel and will be only used to update status of this maintenance.

We appreciate your patience during this work and welcome any feedback.

Thank you,

Network Engineering

This only effects the mirror in Seattle and is scheduled for April 25th.  Expect 15 minutes of downtime some time during that 4 hour window on that mirror.
