port changing/port forwarding problems.. BT firewalled?

Hello, I have a few problems with firewalling issues using BitTorrent (BitTornado). Ive read through the forums and while theres loads of info here I just can't seem to solve the problem. Status while using BT is constantly staying  yellow.. I've never seen green and my speeds are on the average around 3kbps dls.. Most of the time it stays at zero (still downloads its morelike half a kb). I know they're supposed to be higher. There are plenty of seeders on a test run (474) I tried earlier. Here are some specs::

IP: Direcway DW-6000

Router: D-link 524 (Wireless DWL-G630 PCMCIA)

Client: BitTorrent T-0.3.7 (BitTornado)

XP firewall: off

McAffee firewall: set to allows full access to BT

Okay, I configured the D-link router at http://192.168.0.1 with ports (range 6881-6999 both UPD&TCP, I also tried 50000-60000) configured using instructions on Dlink website specifically for BitTorrent at: http://support.dlink.com/faq/view.asp?prod_id=1347&question=bit+torrent. Also, allowed port forwarding under the "virtual server" settings at the D-link site.. I've followed instructions on port forwarding at: http://www.portforward.com/dlink/di-624.htm (figured same instructions apply to 524, setup has no change). Reset router.. and my preferences for BT were changed to the same range as listed above too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, testmy.net results here:
