plzzz help me my upload increases and download decrease

hey anyone there to plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz  help me out

last time my download was above 150+ and upload 50+

but when i install widows service pack 2 ...there's trouble begin..whenever i try to download torrent ..with plenty of seeders .more than 20..download sucks only 10-11 ...whereas upload increases upto 130+ and gradually decreases ......to 60 .and then again increas...why it happened so?

hey bharrebs and welcome to the forum

open cablenut, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry

download http://www.dslreports.com/front/DRTCP021.exe and open Dr.Tcp and make sure all settings looks like this picture, now click save

now reboot, also reboot your router and cablemodem leave it off for 30 full seconds

make a new speed and tweaktest
