Hello, All.  I'm looking to learn about why my speed fluctuates so much.  I'm on Comcast.  I suspect it is segment overload, but hope to learn here how to tell. I am also interested in the hardware and the search for the Holy Grail - Gigabit downloads!  I'll spend some time scanning the site to see what others have posted.
