I'm new here, but was directed this way to get a real world speed test. Just got Comcast's DOCSIS 3 22/5 and wanted to see how it was performing.

No mater where I seem to test I get very close to same down speed 19-21mb up 9mb -14 2funny:

Best deal I ever got for 59$ Comast burst speed, but still no mater most sites cant handle the speed

slow sites 800k+

Good sites 1MB+

Very good 2Mb+

Best sites I done over 3+mb per sec down

example Nvidia when getting a videocard driver I get like 2.47mb per sec

800mb 5-6 mins tops

There's a lot of slow sites out there, most of the time I find most of them are slower then the standard. And my connection isn't all that fast.

  :haha: :haha:  This is great, the score is from a live cd running on an HP DL380 server with 2x 3.06Ghz Xeon procs, interestingly enough, centos shows dual cores , I'll have to look it up see if they are available for this server. They gave me 2Gb of ram , when I ordered none, and I ordered the 2.8 Xeon server. There's tons more "stuff" in this 62 pound hog then I ordered  :haha: But no scsi drives, hence, the live cd today. Hell, either way I'm good , I haven't even configured the network yet  :grin:

btw, I have a 15/7 connection
