bwt1953 Posted March 21, 2005 CID Share Posted March 21, 2005 click start, click run, type in 'regedit' for win2k a frame will come up, click on 'registry' then on 'export registry file' for Win XP click on 'file' then export a dialog box/ save as box will open. name it and save it. to restore from the file is just the reverse.
