what is the maximum TCP receive window for upload tests, on the testmy.net servers?  I'm testing single-thread performance against different servers and seeing the expected decrease as RTT delay increases with geography.  I am not seeing a significant change, though, as I increase my TCP xmit buffers.  Is there an upper limit imposed by the servers?
