Id4rk3n Posted June 17, 2004 CID Share Posted June 17, 2004 alright well i upgraded to tier 3 on cable recently and..i seem to still be capped, i called cox and all and they dont know whats up with the speed...constant speeds arnt even that good can get 45 up constant...but it stops at 45...and from what i hear, tier 3 for cox is basically uncapped...anyone? If that is the case that would be one hell of a connection... Infact as fast as a t-3 dedicated... I can only dream about what that would be like...
