Roadrunner does have a 5/ 512 cause i got it... atleast im close enough

are you sure cuz i would have gotten that if they offerd it to me.

yep i possitive b/c i had there 5/2 service at one time.. there biz class has  5/384, 5/512, 5/768 ,5/1 , 5/1.5 , and 5/2, but there virtual office only goes up to 768

With dl speed testing that low, cablenut will not likely bring you up to 5Mbps.  First off, check the links below:

I can't say much about biz class, and residential does vary from one division to another, but the speeds don't usually vary by upload alone. Each package is a different range of upload and download. standard is 5/384, premium is usually 8/768, excluding Brighthouse in tampa with its new premium services.

Brighthouse NOW has 10/1 and 15/2
