My browser all ways gets the shaft darn it  :D. Use maxthon. Its what the new ie will and should of been years ago. Sweat browser. Love the simple collector on it. Sticky note on the bottom tab. Dont need plug ins to run it. No offenise to fire fox. Fire fox is a sweat browser but in my humble oppinon overated and sold on the idea ist so much safer to browse with which is a complete falsehood. No browser is bullet proof if you dont know how to protect your computer. Been surfing and playing with ie for years. Even surfed the dard side of the net. No problems with this browser. But I am protected welll to.

Really the only major thing that I use IE for is Windows Update.  Other than that, it's FF all the way.

Used to use Netscape all the time, but after I downloaded FF 1.0 I never looked back.  Only thing I kinda miss is Netscape's "Quick Launch" feature of loading parts of the browser in ram on startup and even after closing for quicker launches.  Kinda like what IE does all by itself.  :)

I'm 'stuck' on firefox right now. I say stuck because it's slow and bumpy. I use it because safari and chrome are anymore closer and closer, based on webkit with individual concepts integrated, and both seem to have an agenda in mind , heading towards 'the cloud' instead of individual use.

Although safari posed a fix for their 'address bar' issue, where URI or IP was detecting and forwarding it to the specified search engine. Seeing browsers come together in the same light is unsettling. The control is leaving our hands, where many people see this as progress and unity, some may see this as infiltration, presumptuous and controlling.
