Yeah that, and those stupid cached tests.  I admit, it was kind of amusing the first time I saw one, and maybe even the second time, but the third and fourth times................................

vice has same ISP as me but the 100 Mbps plan, so not all tests thats fast is cached

the variation in speed is probl due to small testfile for 100 Mbps connections

a good tumbrule is a file thats test your speed for around 8 seconds

that would be a filesize for 100 Mbps

100 / 8,192 = 12,20703125 MB/s

12,20703125 x 8 seconds = 97,65625 MB
