CA3LE Posted November 2, 2003 CID Share Posted November 2, 2003 eeewww that is reallly bad upload speed .. how many times have you tested?? you might want to try my patch on the main page ~~ sometimes if you had dial-up before and downloaded some "make your connection faster" thing .. it messes with the settings that patch fixes ... also let me know what your OS is, Browser, CPU, RAM .. all that stuff.
