then what about the other few guys with powerboost that post 25 mb+ and they say its not cached but it i think it is cause if they offer 16 mb your not gonna hit over 20 mb cause they dont set a cap that high over the advertised speeds and some ISP's set the cap right at the advertised speed so i dont think its possible.

  if someone would post a log file from Docsdiag a program i can give you i can see what your modem is set at and you cant go past that so if anyone with comcast will do it PM me.

Well after having tested at many of the test sites out there this seems to be one of the most accurate.

At other tests sites I have seen results as low as 700kbps and as high as 17,176kbps. Mosts tests averaged between 7-8megs. Here the tests results are pretty consistent.

Cable is so much better than that slow old 56k dialup.
