destructionfever Posted June 9, 2005 CID Share Posted June 9, 2005 Hey all, I know I need to open up ports in the port forwarding section of my router. Does anyone out there know exactly what ports I need to open for both xboxes? After the ports are opened do I need to run dmz host or not? I have a linksys wireless g router and it has qos management. Should I use any of that for gaming? Or should I just use the forwarding and then leave everything else defaulted? dlewis23 Posted June 9, 2005 CID Share Posted June 9, 2005 destructionfever i don't think you can open the same port twice. so your probably gonna have to open the ports for 1 xbox, and then for the other xbox use the DMZ, so all ports are forwarded to that specific xbox.
