Actually your at ~86%. 1301/1500=86.7% Don't let the database for various ISPs here fool you. It's a tool, not an absolute. Your on the money for 1500/384 SBC DSL. Nice ping times too. No Telco DSL or Telco DSL reseller gives full advertised speed. There are overhead losses inherent that are just a fact of life. Some will "over provision" to offset some of those losses, but not all. Look my sig, click it. See, Verizon does over provision to some extent, but not enough to over come all the loses. I have "advertized" 3000/768. SBC in my experience does not over provision. Don't sweat it. Your looking good, and ready to FRAG ON !!!
