If it could only ignore the first second of the download/upload test it'd show me at my cap. That's my only gripe with ALL connection tests, and yes, testmy.net is the most accurate one of all. And my internet connection was going down alot lately so maybe sbc put in some kind of cache thing or something! But this is the first time in along time I have took a 12 mb file size test I have no idea but the query database takes for ever and the downloading take no time I think that maybe why! But what I notice is that Comcast seems to have a lag at around 20-30 seconds time intervals.
