here what i tested i got 4000dn an 512 up no router

Connection is:: 1958 Kbps about 2 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)

Download Speed is:: 239 kB/s

Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (server2)

Test Time:: Sun Jun 26 22:47:00 MST 2005

Bottom Line:: 35X faster than 56K 1MB download in 4.28 sec

Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 60.73 % of your hosts average (cox.net)

Are you on ethernet connection?  Win XP?  Running any firewall, antivirus, toolbars, etc?

hey FewlsFirst and welcome to the forum :)

that first hop latency dosent seem right, 63 ms is around 10 times more then normal.

try powercycle your modem, leave it off for 30 full seconds and make a new linequality test

also you have alot of loss to one node in the route, thats a problem that you cant fix

also try a new LAN cable between your modem and PC.
