My greetings as well, bribri135

Since both computers on your network are having trouble, I am tempted to say that your router may be slowing you down.  It could also be your modem though.  The best way to refresh these is by doing a powercycle like this:

-shut down computers

-power down router by pulling the power cord

-power down the modem using the same method as above

-let everything sit at least 1 minute, check that all connections are secure

-power up your modem, wait 1 min

-power up your router, wait 1 min

-bring up your computers

then post some test results once again to see if there is any difference!

You can also bypass the router (connect your computer directly to the modem) to see if you are getting full speeds that way, that will narrow down whether it's a router issue, or a service issue.

You can get firmware updates for the router here: http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/WGU624.asp

and current drivers for the adapters here:

http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/WG511U.asp

make sure that you have both, but since they are both from Netgear, they should be 100% compatable.

If you could also run some traceroutes and post them here, that would be great.
