-There are no protocols installed under my LAN connection properties

-Nothing is checked here: Internet Explorer>>tools>>internet options>>connections>>LAN

settings. [FYI I use Firefox as default]

-Modem or Router (not sure it says Netopia though) is connected through Ethernet cord.

-I run scans for spyware about 3 times a week using Ad-Aware and Spybot - Search & Destroy.

I shield myself with Spyware Blaster atleast I think. I am not sure if it is supposed to be running

all the time or just a thing you just have work with your explorer her and there.

-WinXP SP2 Firewall is which firewall I am using but I think I might re-install ZoneAlarm which I

had a while back.

-I scan about once a week with AVG Anti-Virus

-Up to date with Windows Updates

-Used CCleaner once before but didn't really care for it.

~~~Okay I wasn't sure if I was supposed to post ALL of that information. But if any of
      you think you have an idea of ways to help me that would be great! ^_^
I called and asked them and they pretty much just said it could be up to 1MB or something like that arg hehe and that they stopped advertising it for some reason... yada yada yada the main thing is that is all he said... So there's no way to help me if I don't know that? Pretty much just wanted to make it faster even though I am not sure what I am supposed to have...
