I'm used to that kinda download speed. HOWEVER: I usually have steam running down in the taskbar, coz i play a lot of Day of Defeat (anticipating dod:source)

i'm thinking steam/valve doesn't affect upload very much sitting idle...

but DAMN VALVE, i got's steam sittin idle, not even refreshing servers, and u usin up a Megabit of my download LOL,
