Hi again, sorry I'm been MIA...I've had my head stuck in a Microbiology text book for the last few months  :cheesy:.  Anyway, here's my DWay 6000 D/L speeds (they've been slow for a while now).  And here's a question for all of you that are smarter than I am:  We received a letter from our local phone company (Frontier) stating that we can now get DSL (1 mb download/128 kbs upload) for $49.99 a month ($13 less than DWay).  Would you switch?  :undecided:

Would I switch?......I would be camped out at the Frontier office waiting for the next service man to arrive ! Regardless of the download speed/ burst speeds up or down on satellite, the pings are 700-3000ms always. Pings on the DSL should be less than 200ms, so even if you don't play online games or do online auctions....this means you don't have that delay when clicking on a website with DSL. This is a no brain'r

Absolutely, never totally waste the equipment you paid too much for.  :haha: At least get a vid of it. Then blow it up.  We don't want to be able to recognize it at all.

But I would sell it first.  :wink2:

If I was rich and the equipment didn't mean anything to me... Just sit all day and shoot at it with a 45.

:2funny:
