did you use any at all? try these settings

cable&dsl 6000/512 from vanburens v7 settings or build your own cablenut file at http://www.j79zlr.com/cablenutXP2k.php

If you dont know how to determine your latency, try to download a big file from a fast server like aol and than go to command prompt and type in tracert www.testmy.net (while the download is going)

Well for latency, just try to pick a number between 150 and 300, it doesnt matter what, than plug in the values to cablenut and reboot, test your speeds, if something goes wrong, delete cablenut tweaks with the button and reboot, wait for someone to help you,( just a suggestion if you're bored.)

P.S. if you have AOL instant messanger post you screenname here (or PM it to me if you dont want people to see it) and i can send you the 6000/512 tweak file.
