Recommended Posts

hey here is my latest test:

:::.. Download Stats ..:::

Connection is:: 3818 Kbps about 3.8 Mbps (tested with 12160 kB)

Download Speed is:: 466 kB/s

Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (server2)

Test Time:: Sat Aug 13 2005 10:51:27 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)

Bottom Line:: 68X faster than 56K 1MB download in 2.2 sec

Diagnosis: 90% + Okay : running at 96.15 % of your hosts average (comcast.net)

Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-A5BJGWVP0

Disabling my Kerio firewall helped to boost the speed and not using my router helped too, but I am still getting under 4mbs when I have the 6mb service? Any ideas? I have gone to the Comcast Users ONLY!!! post and used TCPOptimizer and I have installed Van_Burens cablenut 7 settings.
