jadedhermit Posted August 23, 2005 CID Share Posted August 23, 2005 I recently noticed through my network tweakings an improvment. But unfortunatly that was on my friends PC on my network. He has reclaimed his machine, which turns me to mine... I noticed untill just the otherday that i would always get a slight lag when the speed test hit about 94-95%. Everytime, with absolute consistancy. Of course when i finally managed to see an active improvment one of the first things i noticed was how smooth the speed tester was running. No lag at any point. My Question: Can anyone tell me what may be the factors that are attributed to this? What steps can i take via Cable nut or Router/Ethernet Adapter to remedy this?
