Did you go to their websites to see if there's anything useful on set up for their routers? Here is the User Manual section for their F5D7230-4 802.11g-Compliant Firmware update - North America (No Parental Control redirect) stuff.. Hope that's the make of your router..

Here is the router main page.. On the side there are different categories such as FAQ, Knowledge Database and such.. :)

EDIT: Did you have this problem before as well, or did it appear just now?

Did you load VanBuren Cablenut settings V7 is out.  If your router is new make sure you uninstall your NIC driver and reboot..  This I have found could greatly help.  Who is your ISP provider.  Are you running XP what?  Take alook at the link below damn good information.  Make sure you post your testmy.net test result for download and upload.

r u testing over ur wireless connection? and also what is the model number of ur router, because i kno with the belkin Pre-n routers, They have a feature within their firewall that is not configurable, and it flags multiple incoming UDP packets as being a "flood", and starts dropping them. I have the Pre- N router and when i would play on xbox live over wireless i would get nothing but lag. So i just put it into access point mode, so its just like a wireless hub. Lag went away.
