Help with surewest MDSL!!!

Hello all,

This is my first post and I wish I would have found this site years ago. I have recently moved to Rocklin CA ( 10 miles north east of Sacramento) and signed up for the surewest MDSL. I didn't know there was such a thing as MDSL, I guess I have it none the less. I am running Windows xp with SP2 installed.I have downloaded the cablenut tweek program, and managed this.

Connection is:: 190 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 579 kB)

Download Speed is:: 23 kB/s

Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (server2)

Test Time:: Fri Sep 16 20:04:52 PDT 2005

Bottom Line:: 3X faster than 56K 1MB download in 44.52 sec

Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 5.72 % of your hosts average (surewest.net)

UGHHH I was told surewest was 3000 down and 760 up. I have the PING TRACERT numbers if needed

any help or tips?
