resopalrabotnick Posted September 29, 2005 CID Share Posted September 29, 2005 heck, i'm pretty satisfied. had a connection issue today, and from the time i picked up the phone unitl the tech was at my door was 4 3/4 hours. and that includes 45 minutes on hold to make the service call. but good response time on the tech.
