Need HELP interpreting numbers

ROM-DOS :CTS signal: A Clear to Send signal is an RS-232C standard that indicates

the modem is ready for transmission.

DTE (Data Terminating Equipment): A communications device that is

the source or destination of signals on a network. It is typically a

terminal or computer.

DCE (Data Communications Equipment or Data Circuit-terminating

Equipment): A device that establishes, maintains and terminates a

session on a network. It may also convert signals for transmission. It

is typically the modem.

DCD signal: This signal tells the personal computer whether the modem

is receiving the carrier from the opposite station

DSR signal: This signal tells the personal computer whether the modem

is ready for communication.

Here are some links the information in them should explain a lot of your modem questions.I can't identify your specific modem from what you posted so some of the AT & S command information may not be 100% correct for your modem but should be in general.Here are the links:

These are port com speeds probably set in your modem connect speed pulldown.
