Hi Folks,

By the way i have experience a reduction in speeds tests today, i just installed a new router today so i dont know who to blame. anyway think ill have to some tweak since my wireless (2 laptops) has a higher speed than my desktops (2 desktops).

yes indeed people they are using throttling and blockng udp ports but they instructed their employees " allegedly " just to inform customers only that their service is online and to hide behind their best excuse.. they dont guarantee the speed, Ive spoken with DACO and FCC and they say they have no power to regulate cases involving internet speeds or cable tv signals... so what do we do people.??? what do we do??

i'm testing way under a 1000 kilobit per sec right now but if i start a download from microsoft it pulls it in at a steady 445 KB/sec. so right at the cap of my modem. :shrug:

same thing with www.pandora.com the web can be at the hellish slow onelink speeds and that thing buffers its audio at full throttle.
