This is the one I have: Motorola Dual-Tuner DVR High-Definition Set-Top DCT6412 I don't even have DVR service, but that's the box I requested. They gave it to me without any problems. Being that you have more than one box, it's only $5 additional per unit. This is the best box Comcast offers in my area. If this is the box you have, you can subscribe to the DVR service. If I'm not mistaken, I believe they run a credit check to determine if you will need to put down a deposit or not. The DVR service should only be $9.95 monthly. The box is ready to go upon connection.
