Depending on tour ISP and what you pay for your upload and download scores are pretty good. I'm in Tucson AZ. and cox hsi "guarantees " me 3000/256. My down is higher most of the time. My upload is mostly right on the money at 256.Sometimes its higher and sometimes lower but usually at advertised speed.As you know tweaking can have a big effect on speeds both good and bad,I keep a good copy of my REG files I am always "tweaking", Have fun.
