Today I have called verizon. I spent 3 hours and 50 minutes with them. I have found out that sum1 messed up my package and that i have 384kb package not 1.5mb. But i am paying for 1.5mb. I have been disconnected from tech support, put on hold, also 1person even laughed at me. I still have not reached the billing department but I will try 2morrow. The people there do not what the hell they are doing. One talks so quietly u can only hear mumering. Another cant transfer from one department to another. Once i was transfered from tech support to tech support but the guy wanted to transfer me to sales. Therefore Verizon has the worst customer support ever.......
