gotmilk Posted October 19, 2005 CID Share Posted October 19, 2005 Every time I open up somethink like my documents or my computer it opens calculator too (I know, it's wierd). Sometimes when the calculator pops up my AVG shield says: Virus Detected! While opeining file: C:WINDOWSmirindaspi.exe Trojan horse Generic.BNS And sometimes it will pop up with 1 or 2 more like CWINDOWSsystem32mrindaspi.exe. I keep on clicking delete file and it says object was deleted, but it keeps on detecting the virus after I've already deleted it. Help anyone? demon2 Posted October 19, 2005 CID Share Posted October 19, 2005 hi gotmilk .. you have 2 things to do with this problem -the first is scan your drive from another computer have antivirus with last update .. the second is delete this files from dos .. i know may be you cant do this thing coz you have xp .. try to boot with win98 startup disk and delete the file you have to write the name of this file after you go to dos to remember it ...
