usually, the more you copy a program, the worse it gets. every copyin process adds new single bit errors to the data. these can be easily corrected by the error correction codecs, but that takes processin time . so unless you're running a first installation off an original disk you are burning processing power to make up for the corrupted data.

yep buy an windows xp cd...and u'll have no problems at all and if u do, u'll have the tech support at microsoft to help ya...just fork out the $$ and save urself alot of hassle
