RTB Posted November 16, 2004 CID Share Posted November 16, 2004 If you're supposed to have 128 Kbps upload, then I wouldn't even try to tweak. You're getting about 2.5 times your advertised upload then... If your cap is 384, then there isn't much you can do, it might go faster by a few Kbps, but no more.
