BTW DUDE, level3.net is not dialup, I did a check on the hosts average scores and they are about 1.5/256 (https://testmy.net/host_stats.php?host=level3.net¬boolean=1&submit=)... FallowEarth but im sorry, that couldn't be a cached test because it was tested with 12160kb, so in theory a cached test would have to be faster than that... Also if it was cached it would be MUCH faster than 8mbps, the slowest these days it would be around 20mbps... Looks like matthew has cable but tested in a non-peak time...
