The connection works great for me though Actually my connection or really the way I have my P.C. setup my test are the same as yours.....my speeds are faster on large files.Typically if Im downloading something my speed is much higher toward the end of the file than at the begining.... The connection works great for me though I have no burst cos my ping overseas to tesmy.net is around 160 ms. infact i have a "negative burst" my top speed is not reached before i have downloaded aprox 2 MB, thats why i run faster on big tests, burst has very small impact on result with 12 MB.
