I upgraded to the 5meg down 1 meg up..Need to do some tweaking for my download, to get a little closer to my cap..I live in a town where the population is only 600 people

In a small town called Grafton, IL...Across the river from Saint Louis..They are the only internet provider other then satellite..I pay $150.00 a month for the package I have now, the small town is expanding the price of the DSL is suppose to drop in a few years...

I would like to get a little more d.load speed closer to my cap..My computer is virus and spyware free...

well if thats the only provider for ur small town then they can hike up the prices sky high and people will pay, I would, pretty good speeds.

For the size of the town, the dsl is fast but expensive..They ran a line test on my line and said it is capable of 7 meg down and 1 meg up...Within the next 2 to 5 years will be able to have fiber optic line....I grew up in this town, so I will be here for a long time..
