bt_broadband Posted December 13, 2005 CID Share Posted December 13, 2005 I have had Bt Broadband for over 2-3 years now and jkust having my upgrade to 8mb I got a letter tellin my they are going to change my cap from 40gb to 20gb, this isn't fair as I am going to pay for a 40gb cap and get 20gb. I then asked for my mac code and was told I couldn't get it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr for some reason then the lady says that if i were to cancel today, as I was enrolled into a new contract after an upgrade which i never asked for I will have to pay Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't know anything about the UK area or the Broadband there... but that just isn't fair. Sounds like they're pretty rude about it also.. Broadband Nazi's.
