Don't listen to him, he's just being biased. BFG sucks at overclocking. Me and my friend's 6800 GT's never got past 1050 MHz on the memory without heavy artifacting, and others with other manufacturers, however, got to 415/1100 with no problems at all. So i'd say stick with the facts, instead of listening to some biased kid. eVGA, XFX, Gainward, MSI are examples of good manufacturers. Gainward's warranty is very wide, so even if you break your card by overclocking, you can still RMA it, and they'd send you a new one free with no charge. But Gainward is only available in Europe. I'm currently using a GeForce 7800 GTX from MSI, and I have it at 526/1440 when using a large fan, and 519/1420 for regular usage and gaming. It depends on the card, and while cards from certain manufacturers certainly OC better, it's no guarantee. BFG is preferred because of their lifetime warranty. And you do know that bfg overclocks right out of the box. And they have the best guarantee even if you break it they will take it back and give you a new one.
