We hope to resume doing so in the coming months. Please register and we will inform you as soon as installations resume in your area. They also have recently changed the FAP policy so it does not reset to zero at the end of each month, it now keeps a running total of the most recent 30days at all times (so it never resets unless you would quit downloading for an entire month!) .
