OMG they said the dslm (d-slam?) does not allow them to do that...

I did all the steps in the sticky post (btw when i ran the cablenut app, it increased my download by 10% and i notice a big difference in surfing webpages!), and i still need a little bit of guidance. here are my results... :::..
