s1. ill try some of those things but man is there any other thing i can try right now.. I even shut off the modem for a min that didnt help! I tried following the tweak steps but i kinda got confused. Unless someone can give me a good setting that might help for the CableNut.

Its not my firewall i disabled it alot of times and my friends have firewalls too... The same kinds!

I also use a router called LINKSYS 4-port router and my friend uses a router too... I get 40-90kB/s and he gets 80-180kB/s. I would like to know how i can get that speed too? Is it because my phone line travels across my room to my moms room? Or is it because of some computer settings. The phone line to the phone plug from the DSL modem is about 30-35 feet from my DSL modem. I would like to know how can i increase my speed to at least 170kB/s or higher if i can! Router Problems About 2 days ago my conneciton started slowing down like crazy. So i took out the plug for my other comp and then the connection went back to normal. I was playing a game on computer and i plugged the connection to the other comp back and then my connection started to lagg like crazy again! I have 2 computers connection to the router including this one. This has never happened before Please how can i fix this problem?
