yes, i am using the right ip, by the way its a ftp server im trying to put up. it was originally port 21, i changed it to 27015 then fowarded the ports, check if they were open and it said they were closed.

im thinking, maybe isp is blocking ports. edit: and im trying to run a server also.

well, my problem is still not solved. ports still dont open, ive even put dmz hosting and had no result there. please help.

doesnt say, its either v1 3 or 4. the first 3 you have said. dont think theres alot of diff between them.

well, i go to the site 192.168.1.1, and foward my ports, but when i check to see if their open, they are not. any help would be appreciated.

I cannot access the menu, because the ip has changed, so if i go to 192.168.1.1, it treats it as a website, so it is not found. So i put 193.168.1.1, it asks for pass and username, i put admin for pass, this does not work. but thanks for trying to help.

Well, i have a very bad problem with my router. It some how now uses ip address 193..... intead of 192... as it came. I have done nothing to it, i just went to bed and the next morning the internet was not working, so i checked it out and it seems this is the problem. Any help would really help. I have tried holding reset button for 10 seconds but it did not reset to factory defaults . Well thanks for any help given.
